I have three beautiful restored, running outboards to sell. I have put a lot of time into them, plus $400 each in the Sportwin and 1959 Johnson 18, $600 into the 1958 Fastwin. All three motors are converted to a Mikuni fuel pump bolted to the cylinder head, so that the irksome pressure tanks are not needed. I also have a 1957 one-owner Sportwin that Hans picked up for me in Milwaukee in 2015 while interning in Evinrude Engineering that summer.
The Fastwin powerhead had to be completely rebuilt including resurfacing the head and block. I had to buy another powerhead for the Sportwin. The Johnson came to me in a box, I had to replace missing parts and resurface the head. The reed plates almost always must be resurfaced and new gaskets added. The gearcase seals and impellers are new in all three motors.
I will consider any reasonable offer that takes my work into account.
